Grace Grambort, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Wisconsin. I currently treat adults and older adolescents (ages 18+) experiencing an array of mental health disorders that are wanting to improve their lives with individual psychotherapy. I utilize several theories of counseling, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and strive to be trauma-informed in every aspect of therapy to provide compassionate, empathetic, and evidenced-based support.  I also value strongly the role of identity when understanding and treating mental health.  I work to help my clients use insight and self-empowerment to better understand themselves and improve their lives.  

I enjoy working with clients to manage and treat a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma-related distress, eating disorders, addictions, identity development, interpersonal concerns, life transitions, grief, and loss.
